All internal studwork partitions are constructed using 75x50mm softwood timber which is clad in 12.5mm plasterboard both sides and finished with a plaster skim to comply with necessary building and fire regulations.

Dormer roof to be rubber roofed with cheeks finished in cement board cladding to clients spec.  INSULATION  All perimeter walls are insulated with 90mm Celotex and all slopes have 60mm Celotex between rafters plus Allumaflex multifoil insulation across the face. (all insulation and ventilation to comply with all current building and fire regulations  STAIRCASE Access to new are provided by 800mm wide double winder softwood flight of stairs with full risers matching newels, handrails and spindles rising from first floor landing area. Allowance for headroom above staircase to comply with all relevant and current building and fire regulations

Quotations are valid for one month from the date of quotation  Deposit is required upon acceptance of the quotation, together with written confirmation of your instructions. Three further stage payments will be required as the work progresses, with the final balance being due, in full; on completion of the work.  Once deposit is paid you have agreed to pay the quoted price. Payment is due within 24hours of invoice date. Any work required to be carried out on existing plumbing or electrical systems which do not comply with necessary regulations will be advised in the first instance, agreed and charged separately. All new plumbing and electrical works carried out as agreed.  All electrical sockets, light fittings and switch faces to be standard white. Any changes to this will be charged accordingly, or non standard fittings can be supplied by yourselves and installed by LOOK UP LOFTS.

If a suite supplied by the client for a shower/bath is in any way customized and additional charge for fitting will be incurred. i.e Wet rooms, including tanks and the building of any fittings supplied by the client Exclusions – the quote does not include the removal of existing power showers when a megaflop or similar pressurized system is installed.  If the boiler is not adequate, no allowances have been made for upgrading the existing boiler to run additional radiators unless included in the quotation.  Extra works – any additional work carried out by the company above what is specified in the quote shall be agreed in writing by the customer and company and invoiced when the works are being completed.
