Karl Meneghella 博士   从事教育事业 40 年，在澳大利亚、新加坡、英国和美国以及现在居住了 10 年的泰国从事了包含涵课堂教学、课程设计、行政管理、学校领导等多个职位。   以身作则， Karl   本人就是一个终身学习者 。  在他的职业生涯中，Karl   不断 返 回 大学并 陆续 获得了多个教育、管理、商业、应用科学的本科和研究生学位，最近完成了 教育 管理科学博士学位 。 Karl  的博士论文是一项改进国际学校外籍教师招聘和留用策略的发展 。

13.5  亿人口使用英语作为他们的第一或者第二语言。  15 亿人口使用汉语作为他们的第一语言或第二语言。  中国拥由超过 14 亿人口，是世界上人口最多的国家。 世界经济生产总值 92 万亿美元，美国 22 万亿美元，占世界经济比重为 22% 。中国 13 万亿美元，占世界经济比重为 15% ，两个国家占据了世界几乎 40% 的经济比重。 在自然资源方面，中国为世界第一，美国第七。 出口方面，中国稳居世界第一，美国第七。  非常容易看出世界上最重要的两个语言，经济和自然资源的拥有者是中国和美国。要想在日益双语话的世界上保持成功，需要在沉浸式的环境下熟练掌握英语和汉语。

在 文华 ， 我们知道我们的孩子需要参加一些 额外 考试并取得成功 。  我们为我们的孩子提供必要的知识和技能 。  我们通过 考核 性评估和总结性评估相 综合评估学生成绩。
