How to avoid it: If you are dissatisfied with your job or have lost interest in it, you are far less likely to communicate effectively - both giving and receiving ends. There are four basic communication styles: passive, aggressive, passive-aggressive and assertive.

How to avoid it: Be clear. Try to ask for what you want openly and in a straightforward manner, and state your feelings clearly without directly or indirectly demeaning the other person.

Understanding and comprehending the message or conversation of someone with whom we are conversing is a part of our communication with them. If we have a disagreement with someone, there is no doubt that it is a communication barrier.

How to avoid it: Consider each other's ideas, opinions, and suggestions. Having better communication means more than just talking to each other. We must pay close attention to each other's points of view, remembering that we are not the only ones who speak in a conversation.

Cultural Differences are challenges to a mixed group community, When people from the other places speaks different languages, use hand gestures, as well as symbols to communicate. There’s no question that coming from a very different environment and not knowing each other is a barrier for communication.

How to avoid it: Be friendly and approachable, especially since we aren't all that alike with these people. And communicate in a way that both of you will understand. Even simple phrases containing that specific word would be considered an excellent starting point for effective communication.

Patience is the key for an effective communication. When it's our turn, we'll be more effective if we don't interrupt the other person and instead calmly listen to what they're saying. Furthermore, To maintain smooth and effective communication, it is critical to deal with and overcome various communication impediments.

Effective Communication with others helps to overcome your problems, provide you with moral support and also you get to understand the perspective of people on different issues because effective communication is important in our day-to-day life because without it, we cannot convey our thoughts, feeling and needs. Similarly, we cannot understand the needs and thoughts of others, so it is important to communicate. Effective Communication is a skill that you can learn. Its like riding a bicycle or typing. If you're willing to work at it, you can rapidly improve the quality of every part of your life and effective communication to a relationship is like oxygen in life. Without it, it dies.

As an intelligent FCPCian who internalizes a core value of collaboration Communication may have been ineffective when we attempted it, possibly due to these barriers. But even if we have things and obstacles, we should learn how to deal with them. These things are normal and occur when we don't use them correctly but working together with the two parties will help us overcome the barriers and keep an open mind.
