How to avoid it: Be friendly and approachable, especially since we aren't all that alike with these people. And communicate in a way that both of you will understand. Even simple phrases containing that specific word would be considered an excellent starting point for effective communication.

Patience is the key for an effective communication. When it's our turn, we'll be more effective if we don't interrupt the other person and instead calmly listen to what they're saying. Effective Communication with others helps to overcome your problems, provide you with moral support and also you get to understand the perspective of people on different issues because effective communication is important in our day-to-day life because without it, we cannot convey our thoughts, feeling and needs. Similarly, we cannot understand the needs and thoughts of others, so it is important to communicate. Effective Communication is a skill that you can learn. Its like riding a bicycle or typing. If you're willing to work at it, you can rapidly improve the quality of every part of your life and effective communication to a relationship is like oxygen in life. Without it, it dies.
