Milan Square  shoplot  is opposite vivacity. Every day, a lot of people went there to shopping.  those that done their shopping at vivacity can direct go to our cake cafe if they wish to have cake.  Vision  Our business vision is to be the best cake café in Kuching . Mission Edelweiss  Cakelicious’s  mission is to provide mouthwatering taste cake and exceptional services to our customer.

Admin Expenses For the remuneration, there are 5 owners . In total their monthly salary is RM 11500. Each person salary is RM23000.  The EPF contribution i s  RM1 035 while for SOCSO contribution is RM201.25. So, the total of the remuneration was RM12 736.25.   The office furniture item such as:   Table - 5 unit and the price per unit RM 100. Chair – 18 unit and the price per unit RM40 Rubbish bin – 2 units and the price per unit RM30 Table counter – 1 unit and the price per unit RM450 Rack cabinet – 2 units and the price per unit  RM140 So, the total cost of office furniture is RM1 870. While the list of office fittings such as laptop and office telephone. The price per unit of each items is RM1 200 laptop and RM 200 office telephone . The total administration budget is  RM14 569.25 .

Cash Flow: For  the first month, we are having surplus about RM 15897. But we managed to do well for the rest of the month. Our ending cash balance for the third year  are   RM  1, 162, 704 . Balance sheet: -  It is good. The value of the assets equals the combined value of  the  liabilites   and  shareholders’equity .

Year 1:  RM  360,717.  Year 2:  RM779,602. Year 3 :  RM 1,254,379.
