Preparation  • After buying beef, wash it and then chop it finely (or puree it with a meat grinder to make it faster).  • Peel the purple onions and garlic and mince them with lemongrass, chili and ginger.  • Remove damaged leaves and rotten leaves from lolot leaves, wash and drain, take out about 5 - 7 leaves and cut finely
