CONVERGE APPOINTMENT Book an appointment before heading to any of our business centers. This ensures that we can serve you better and further guarantee your safety in our business centers.

Guidlines

The appointment system caters to aftersales transactions only. Can show time slots from time of use up to 7 days. Can accept same day booking if there is an available slots. It restricts account from using the appointment system after incurring 3 consecutive no shows and automatically reactivate deactivated accounts after 7 days. It emails client upon confirmed booking and sends notification 3 hours ahead of their schedule to remind them of their appointment and for the accomplishment of the HDF. It generates QR code upon accomplishment of HDF online. It will not cancel booking if customer did not comply with HDF. Customer may still proceed to their selected BC should they fail to answer the HDF online, manual HDF should be submitted to the BC. It allows BC Admin user to set appointment details on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. BC admin shall plot number appointments per hour based on the number of BCO scheduled.
