[Audio] Day 1 Arrive at your peaceful abode. Relax. Let the travel lag wear off. Enjoy lunch and a nap. We meet after our evening tea for a round of introductions so we can know each other better. Get a better understanding of the schedule for the coming days.. Introduction to Mindfulness. And a surprise Angel comes to see you.! [Audio] Wake up! Your yoga mats are waiting. Into the lawns and out on the mats, we start our first Yoga session. After a power packed session enjoy the breakfast as you will be hungry, we guarantee. Today we head into the city of Udupi. Travelling through its quaint streets we head to Krishna Matha. Temple dedicated to Lord Krishna, When we return, Post lunch you can have your first oil massage.After a relaxing massage session tea or kaapi (whatever you like) will be waiting for you. [Audio] Day 3 We start our day with Yoga and Pranayam. After an extensive session we head for breakfast. At 11am we meet for our next Mindfulness session where learn Self-Awareness and Self-Acceptance. Post Lunch we will head out to a beautiful untouched beach, Mattu. Enjoy the water, enjoy the waves, enjoy the sand, enjoy the breeze, and finally enjoy the sunset. And of course! Some Yoga and meditation. Post dinner, we will have a small Yoga session every night. [Audio] Happy Morning! On our yoga mats, we will practice asanas that help build our strength and flexibility. We will learn different types of Pranayam and Shat Kriya to detoxify our blood and lungs. Post breakfast we will meet for our Mindfullness session on Compassion. Today we head to 1 of my favourite beachs, Kapu. It is known for the dainty Light House that stands tall on the rocks. Let's see how many of us go climbing up. Enjoy the water, the view, and the sunset. Back home, we meet post dinner for another stretch and massage session to relax ourselves from the day's adventures. [Audio] Day 5 Happy Morning! Every day our Yoga practice will be based on various points of focus. Also our Pranayam practice will be both detoxifying and balancing with some Shat Kriyas. Post breakfast, we head towards a beautiful little island, St.Mary's. The little island is a blue sparkling gem with clean water and white sand. After enjoying our time on the island, it's time to head back. Post tea or kaapi and some relaxation, at 7pm we meet for our last session on Mindfulness.
