The film title is at the bottom of the poster  To make the tag line stand out, because it  gives away more about the movie. There are many men in black movies so the  Poster is very familiar.

There are a few men in black movies and the actors are well known, so their names do not need to be eye catching. The famous actors names are right bellow them so you know who they are.

The production blurb is information on  Companies involved, co-starring actors  And the production team of the movie. The blurb is at the bottom in a smaller font, which means it is still important However they want the audience to focus on the title and image.

The tag line is written in white writing  with a blue out line that makes  it stand out with the dark background. They do this to make it more obvious  And to get your attention.

The main Image is the two main characters posing with guns looking ready to fight. The way they are posing gives you an idea of what the movies about. They put them in the centre because the movie is all about them and they are like the centre of the movie.

The over all layout of the men in black poster, is pretty simple And isn’t very out going but is still eye catching. The most  Effective feature is the tag line because there are more than One men in black poster and this is just explaining what the  Movie is about to differentiate it from the other movies. This allows the audience the remember the movie and it gives you an idea of what the movie is about but doesn’t give the movie away.

The Men in black poster is very well at portraying the action and  Science fiction as seen in the movie.  The background is a galaxy type look which tells you that the movie is an alien kind of movie.
