[Audio] By proactively staying ahead of these issues, we can ensure a professional and secure workplace for all. All employees, including supervisors and temporary employees, should always be treated with courtesy and respect. Weapons and other dangerous or hazardous devices or illegal substances are prohibited from the premises. Conduct that threatens, intimidates, or coerces another employee, a visitor, or a member of the public at any time, including off-duty periods, will not be tolerated. All threats of (or actual) violence, both direct and indirect, should be reported as soon as possible to management. Anonymous tips are also encouraged if employees feel more secure presenting information in that form. This includes threats by employees, as well as threats by customers, vendors, solicitors, or other members of the public. When reporting a threat of violence, you should be extremely specific and detailed as possible. You will be required to fill out our incident report in which you will be prompted to write down the specifics of said event. In an emergency or life-threatening situation, CALL 911 immediately!.
