After obtaining a clear understanding of your annual CSR Budget, exactly what your Company stands for, what services and or products you offer and areas where you operate, research of the applicable NGOs is conducted. The NGO awarded is selected on the basis that the campaign is mutually benefitting to both parties. Based on the awarded NGOs needs and wish list, your company either provides the services and or products you offer, or we will source the applicable products and or services you are passionate about and within your budget. These will be delivered to the NGO or Association and a formal handover between your Company and the N.G.O will be finalized (no cash donations, always tangible items). In order to best promote your company using Positive Marketing, thereby making the most out of your CSR Campaigns, we work with your Marketing person or team, to ensure that the most applicable pictures and wording is used on your Social Media Platforms. On completion, TRINITY CSR will organize your Section 18A Tax Certificate for the Campaign. We monitor your budget and send you a full monthly statement of all monies spent on what and to whom. Once the campaign is complete, we place the campaign images on our website and ask the NGO or Association to do the same so as to maximize your exposure and grow your audience.
