First, we will introduce and define waste management, and talk about the goals of this training. Second, we will discuss the NSB Waste Management Plan, as well as the applicable EPA regulations that inform waste management. Then we will learn about the definition of waste types and give some examples of what those might look like in your community. This brings us to the bulk of this presentation, the waste management process. This section is split up into four subsections: waste reduction waste labeling and handling waste disposal and storage. And inventory and recordkeeping. Then, we will define who is responsible for waste in the NSB, and to conclude this training we will wrap up by reviewing what we learned with a short knowledge check..
