[Audio] M-J-A eLearning Academy was established in April 2020 with a clear mission: to empower and educate digital professionals. Our core values of innovation, excellence, and accessibility drive everything we do. I had to undergo spinal surgery which caused me to go through rehabilitation and not able to work on my academy for two years. Returning to work last October, I am more determined than ever to make a difference. I want to create opportunities for those who face systemic barriers to education and entrepreneurship..

[Audio] Incorporating my company was a dream come true. My academy focuses on empowering disadvantaged individuals, particularly women, through accessible digital marketing education. With a comprehensive curriculum, we equip our students with essential skills for entrepreneurship and remote work..

[Audio] As a Tory Burch Foundation Fellow, I would leverage this incredible opportunity to expand my network, gain mentorship, and access resources that can enhance my academy. I envision building partnerships that will amplify our reach, ultimately empowering more individuals to succeed in the digital landscape. Thank you for considering my application.
