[Audio] Employees are required to wear hard-sole shoes in the job sites. Sneakers tennis shoes and open-toe shoes are not permitted on job sites. Supervisor will enforce this policy. Disciplinary action will include sending employees home if they are not wearing proper shoes. Employees who are working with hazardous materials requiring respiratory protective equipment will be provided with appropriate respiratory protective devices and will be trained in the proper use maintenance and disposal of the devices as well as their limitations. Employees are required to properly use and maintain all fall protection equipment determined to be necessary at a job site. Supervisor will assess each job site for all protection requirements. Employees will be trained in fall hazards fall protection equipment and the proper use and maintenance of the equipment. Employees are required to wear full body clothing to avoid sunburn and exposure to sparks and hazardous materials.
