Established in 1990, as primarily an export company with our collection reaching out to Asians across London, Indonesia, and Dubai to name a few. Around 2007 we ventured into the local markets pan India. At Ganga Fashions, we have always taken pride in the use of our rich heritage and culture. A constant source of inspiration, we immaculately blended this with contemporary design philosophy to reach out to many hearts. Our constant innovation in this field along with meticulous details towards crafts and comfort has been the hallmark. The use of new fabrics, along with customized client requirements has given the brand a local and global feel. The use of choicest fabrics printing and stretching helps us curate collections with great appeal.

The company started with nylon dyeing. In 1998, it started with printing by adding rotary printing and flatbed printing, to print sarees and suits. Under the leadership of CMD Mr. Sanjay Gangwani in 2000, the manufacturing unit was upgraded steadily with 3 flatbed printing machine, soft flow jet dyeing machines and 16 embroidery machines. The company has become one of the renowned brands in the Indian dress segment for ladies' wear.

Initially, the company started digital as a value addition to its unit, but due to its cost saving in manpower, energy, water, and zero damages, it continued in investing in digital printing..

In 2016, the company added high production machine JPK EVO from MS printing solutions along with another JP7 machine. Due to the fast changes in fashion world, and to stay ahead of competition, in 2018, the company completely stopped using its conventional flatbed printer and added another MS JP7.

Limitations in conventional printing has led us to shift towards digital printing. Any design, Colour is possible in Digital Printing Machines. Finer geometries and full coverage blotch designs of any gradation are possible to print with the Digital Printing Machines.".

At present the local service support is very poor. (Provided by M/s COMOTEX - Delhi).

During any major problem and Breakdowns, the local support and Epson Support is very poor.

Normally to resolve major issues, time taken is  3 - 4 days.

When ever breakdowns happens, the engineers are not capable to identify the problems. In some cases they ask to purchase high value spares without analyzing the issues.

In Epson case they require advance payment against the spares. Without knowing the exact problems, GANGA FASHIONS is not ready to invest huge money against the spares without proper findings.

We need Epson to send the Spares for some special cases to resolve the issues quickly. If the issue is fixed then the same spares can be billed.

Some time wrong spares parts are delivered by Epson, which is wasting our time and delay in the services which impacts on our production plus day to day planning.

Variations are seen in printing quality on repeat designs which are printed after 3 months. When ever we call local Epson support system, they recommend to change us New Epson Heads which is not vice idea to do..

In some designs with full Patch, it’s difficult to get results because of the prominent head marks seen in Fabric after Print with 540 x 540 Resolutions. As per the service support recommendations, if the same design is printed in 540 x 720 Resolution then the desired Sharpness is not obtained.
