[Audio] Our business goal is to succeed in the market. To become a top employer, we plan to create a highly competent and devoted work force that is both varied and firmly committed to providing exceptional value for all our stakeholders. To make this a reality, we are building an environment of high governance and inclusivity which will be the basis for our mutual success. Individuals being our most valuable asset, we concentrate on delivering prospects to assist our staff to reach their best. To guarantee that this is achieved, we focus on the three main principles of People, Culture, and Process. Working in combination, those components make the base for forming a profitable and lasting enterprise..
[Audio] At Future Global Resources, we understand the importance of Employee Engagement and HR and have taken the necessary steps to invest in our workforce. We are liaising with the GMWU, LO and other major stakeholders on a weekly basis to guarantee full compliance with labor regulations. The IR-Team, Head of PC, and General Manager meet with staff weekly, monthly and quarterly respectively to give employees a direct platform to voice their opinions. We also have monthly meetings with Union Leadership to provide additional support to our workforce. To optimise recruitment efficiency, we aim to achieve a 30-day turn around time for all recruitment needs. Our Performance Management Policy Manual will be approved by February 2023 and 80% of our supervisors will be trained by year-end. Additionally, by the end of 2023, we plan to have conducted 90% of the planned reviews of our employees. The measures mentioned highlight our commitment to our workforce and Future Global Resources..
[Audio] The data in this slide suggests that the workforce is aware of the developments, and is provided clear answers to its questions. This is indicative of a culture that promotes open expression, stimulates involvement, and creates an atmosphere that facilitates effective communication. We deem this a key factor in the establishment of a constructive and productive relationship with the employees, without which it would be difficult to achieve success by 2023..

We are certain that these adjustments will guarantee our staff are provided with adequate protection whilst completing our products and services..
[Audio] At our weekly IR/TM presentation, let's discuss the changes between the old and new Collective Agreements. The old contract addressed temporary workers and said they should be employed for a continuous period of between one month and six months, and any seasonal employment should last a week. It also requested medical records to be made available to the employee upon request, although this was not included in the agreement itself. Finally, it included a clause which stated that a selected employee for promotion will undergo an initial trial period of six months to monitor their work performance and attitude, which has since been removed from the new agreement..
[Audio] At Future Global Resources, we recognize the vital nature of employee engagement and HR. We are therefore working to develop a workplace where our staff members feel both recognized and appreciated. To further this purpose, we are adjusting the rates of our educational subsidies yearly according to the inflation indices of Ghana and the United States. Moreover, any contract employee who parts from the company, through either voluntary or involuntary action, maintains entitlement to a pro-rata end of contract benefit. We are devoted to furnishing our employees with the most effective support and facilities available, now and in the days ahead..
[Audio] The next slide focuses on updates for two employees. Benjamin Kassim's medical retirement will be terminated from the system by August 31st, with the payment for it remaining in place. Salifu Yakubu was recently terminated, but a petition has been filed with the NLC and a further meeting is scheduled for October to discuss it..
