WHAT IS KOFTAS?
Kofta is a family of meatball or meatloaf dishes found in the Indian subcontinent, South Caucasian, Middle Eastern, Balkan, and Central Asian cuisines. In the simplest form, koftas consist of balls of ground meat - usually beef, chicken, lamb or mutton, or a mixture - mixed with spices and sometimes other ingredients. There are many national and regional variations. There are also vegetable and uncooked versions. Shapes vary and include balls, patties, and cylinders.
WHAT IS COOKING?
PREPARATION MINCED CHICKEN PARSLEY, MINT AND CORRIANDER ONION GARLIC CUMIN PAPRIKA PEPPER SALT FLOUR YOGURT TOMATOES PITA BREAD
HOW TO PREPARE?
Blend the chopped onion and garlic. Add paprika pepper powder . Sprinkle cumin powder into the paste and minced chicken. Rolled and shaped the herbs minced chicken into small balls on a flat top with flour and add a little turmeric for amazing aroma. Used a skewers to hold the portioned chicken balls and add slice tomatoes. Lay the skewers in a foiled tray and combine olive oil, pepper, salt and lemon juice. Put the tray in the oven with the wrap foiled for 20mins with 200 degrees heat. Add some yogurt, turmeric and mint leaves to blend for mint sauce. Garnish the pita bread with lots of salad.
