Two Tests (exposition and case study, 50% total): 2 hours (1) Test #1 (October 3rd , during class time location TBD) (2) Test #2 (October 31st during class time location TBD) Whichever of the two tests you score higher will be worth 30%, the lower of the two will be worth 20%. Final Exam (during exam period, 40% of final grade).

10% Attendance and Participation In order to receive the full attendance and participation grades, you must attend 5 content classes (excluding last week of review and midterm classes ) and participate in class written assignments. Moreover, you will be invited to share your answers or called upon to answer class questions.
