As the CEO, she has strengthened the team following the acquisition by CXA since 2017. This has also started her journey of leveraging technology within the Employee Benefits industry. Besides overseeing the Brokerage and Flex business, she was actively involved in distributing and launching CXA's Enterprise SaaS platform to banks and insurance companies to their consumers. With her tech-focused experience acquired over the last few years and her extensive network with key industry stakeholders, Jez would be able to bring about exciting offerings to the industry. Nellie has more than 25 years of experience in employee benefits, within the industry as well as in house, as a HR practitioner. She spent a significant part of her career working with numerous multinational clients, helping them implement and manage their employee benefits programs, including flex plans. At CXA, she juggled different roles, overseeing client servicing and leading the HR function concurrently. This has accelerated her learning in the use of technology to augment employee programs. She appreciates the perspective from both the client and the provider and has strong network with industry stakeholders. Nellie is well-placed to help bring the industry to another level. Charmaine's tenure of almost 20 years in the insurance industry see her helming a myriad of roles. She spent the first 7 years of her career in insurance claims, and this laid the foundation for her progression to client-facing roles. With her deep understanding of client and operational requirements, she successfully executed several projects, across her different roles, that leverage technology to drive efficiency and cost savings.
