I will l search by social security number to see if the print was suppressed or mailed.  If mailed I will verify the address.

On your ERC>Employee Self Services>My Pay>Payroll Info Center>Replacement Form W2.   or  MyNS> Pay, Time & Benefits > Payroll and Taxes > Taxes > Replacement W-2 and 1099-R Forms > Visit ADP Website.

Please see the following instructions to access the ADP site:  • Please visit the ADP website or mobile APP at: https://w2.adp.com/W2Services/w2Login.jsf  • Please select “ New User? Get started "directly below Forgot your User ID  • Please select “I have a Registration Code” and enter NSCORP-W2(Norfolk Southern's registration pass code) • On the “Identify Yourself” page, please enter the required fields  • Employee ID =  • Norfolk Southern's company Code = W77 • SSA number = SSN

If the employee will not or can not go to ADP. I verify their address..

I will  send a change of address form to the person.  Only to the information on file.  If different I vet, the person.

Once I have a corrected address on file and it’s after the printing date and has been approved by GTN supervisor.  Then I can print and mail.
