[Audio] Search employee by employee ID or last name. The access type will tell you if the employee is dual or federated. Dual means the employee or retiree has registered with ADP and can retrieve the tax form. The employee or retiree much go to the ADP website. The user id is the first initial and last name at nscorp. Unless NS has more that one J Brown then a number will appear behind the last name..

If the screen stays blank it's possible the pop-up blocker is on and needs to be turned off. If the employee or retiree can not access ERC then they must register with ADP..

[Audio] Verifying the address as this is a large reason people don't receive the tax form. If the address is incorrect. Send a change of address form and copy Anne on the communication. She will be able to assist the employee or retiree with more information if needed. Once Anne has updated the address a request to print and mail to the new address. Once approval is given. A printed copy of the tax form with a stamp of reissued is put in the mail..
