The Game. A game played by two teams usually 6 players on each side. The players use their hands to hit a ball back and forth over a net. Each team tries to make the ball touch the court within the opposing side’s playing areas before it can be returned. The goal is to get the ball back and forth and whoever can't make the ball over within 3 touches, the other team gets the point. The team that first scores 15 points wins the game..

Movements. Spiking is when a player hits the ball with their palm sharply over the net into the opposite court. While spiking all ten of the listed muscles are used. Setting is an overhead pass to the hitter so that they can spike the ball. Like serving setting also uses every muscle. Passing is when a player hits the ball directed at another player on the same team. The muscles used are quads, glutes, hamstrings, and calves. These muscle are also used in blocking.

Healing. For an ACL injury one can use a brace and physical therapy to help strengthen what is surrounding it and help with stability. For a sprained ankle rest and icing it will heal it..
