[Audio] QUALITY POLICY The Saint Joseph Institute of Technology library is committed to providing updated resources and services that meet its users' educational, research, and expansion needs while adhering to statutory and regulatory standards. QUALITY OBJECTIVES Provide service to library users six (6) days a week. Ensure that library users are served or assisted in less than ten (10) minutes. Provide appropriate feedback on user complaints within five (5) working days. Ensure that at least 30% of the overall library budget is spent on printed and 20% for online collections each year. Catalog urgent books and have it ready for use within two (2) working days. Ensure that all librarians obtain proper and up-to-date training, attend relevant workshops/seminars at the International, National, and Local levels twice (2) per school year. Provide a conducive and safe environment for library users and staff members by acquiring necessary safety equipment or measures needed..
