[Audio] Slide 3 — Induction Purpose The purpose of this induction is to help you understand how to move around our premises safely and what to do should an emergency occur. During this briefing, we will cover our security controls, internal safety rules, Health, Safety, Security and Environment policy, site layout, permitted access routes, emergency procedures, assembly points, and incident reporting requirements. Even when your visit is brief, these requirements still apply. Please remain alert, follow the instructions of your host, and avoid entering any area that has not been authorised..

[Audio] Slide 4 — HSSE Policy At AMOS Malaysia, safety and environmental responsibility are shared commitments. Management and operational leaders are responsible for providing a safe workplace, but every employee, contractor, and visitor also has an important role to play. Our objective is to prevent accidents, protect people and property, minimise environmental impact, and comply with all applicable legal requirements, industry standards, and company procedures. During your visit, please stop and ask whenever you are uncertain. It is always better to clarify before proceeding than to take an unnecessary risk..

[Audio] Slide 5 — Security Control and In-House Safety Rules Upon arrival, all visitors must register at the guardhouse or reception area and obtain a visitor identification pass. Please wear your pass visibly throughout your visit. It helps our team confirm that you have been registered and authorised to be on the premises. Visitors must normally remain accompanied by an AMOS employee, particularly when entering operational or controlled areas. Please keep away from production, testing, lifting, and material-handling activities unless your entry has been specifically authorised. Always use the designated pedestrian walkways and crossings. Do not take shortcuts through production areas, even when the route appears clear. Where an area is identified as a PPE zone, you must wear the required high-visibility vest, safety helmet, and safety footwear before entering. Anyone without the correct PPE will be stopped and redirected to a safe, non-PPE area. Smoking is only permitted at the designated smoking location. These controls are in place not to inconvenience you, but to protect you from moving equipment, suspended loads, testing activities, sharp materials, and other operational hazards..

These include the warehouse, machine-testing benches, production areas, and the assembly area. Please pay close attention to the marked pedestrian crossings and designated walkways. These routes are intended to separate pedestrians from vehicles, forklifts, cranes, and ongoing production activities. Do not walk through the warehouse, testing area, or production floor without permission from your AMOS host. The assembly area shown on the plan is also important. In an emergency, this is where personnel and visitors will gather so that attendance can be checked. Take a moment to familiarise yourself with the location in relation to your current position..

[Audio] Slide 7 — Designated Smoking Point Smoking is prohibited throughout the operational and office areas, except at the designated smoking point shown on this plan. This restriction also applies to electronic cigarettes and vaping devices. Please do not smoke near the warehouse, production areas, storage locations, walkways, entrances, or any area containing flammable materials. When using the smoking point, dispose of cigarette ends safely and keep the area clean. Please ask your AMOS host to guide you to the designated location if you are unfamiliar with the site..

[Audio] Slide 8 — Emergency Notice Please take note: there is no scheduled fire drill today. Therefore, if you hear the fire alarm or receive an emergency announcement during your visit, you must treat it as a genuine emergency. Remain calm, stop your activity safely, and immediately follow the instructions given by your AMOS person-in-charge or emergency response personnel. Do not assume that the alarm is only a test..

[Audio] Slide 9 — Emergency Procedure In the event of a fire or another emergency, the alarm may initially sound in short bursts. An announcement may then be made through the public-address system, instructing all personnel to evacuate. A continuous or long alarm signal indicates that evacuation is required. When instructed, leave the area calmly using the nearest safe evacuation route. Do not run, push others, use unauthorised routes, or return to collect personal belongings. Follow your AMOS person-in-charge directly to the designated assembly point. Once there, remain with your host so that your presence can be confirmed during the roll call. Do not leave the assembly point or re-enter the building until authorised by the responsible emergency personnel..

[Audio] Slide 10 — Level 2 Evacuation Plan This is the Level 2 evacuation plan. Please identify the "You Are Here" marker and observe the nearest available escape route from your current location. The plan also shows the locations of the staircase, toilets, fire extinguishers, alarm bells, and first-aid equipment. During an emergency, follow the marked escape route and proceed towards the nearest safe exit. Do not use firefighting equipment unless you are trained, authorised, and it is safe to do so. Your priority as a visitor is to evacuate safely and follow the direction of your AMOS host..

[Audio] Slide 11 — Level 1 Evacuation Plan This is the Level 1 evacuation plan. Familiarise yourself with the emergency exits and the direction of the marked escape routes. Depending on where you are when an alarm sounds, the closest safe exit may be different from the entrance you originally used. Follow the evacuation signage and instructions provided by AMOS personnel. Never move towards smoke, fire, or another visible hazard. Where a route is unsafe, use the nearest available alternative route. Once outside, continue directly to the designated assembly point..

[Audio] Slide 12 — Emergency Evacuation Route This plan shows the evacuation route from the main operating areas, including the warehouse, testing benches, production areas, and surrounding walkways. During evacuation, use the designated pedestrian route and crossings wherever they remain safe. Be especially alert for moving vehicles, forklifts, cranes, or emergency-response activities while exiting the operational area. Proceed directly to the assembly point shown on the plan. Once you arrive, report to your AMOS person-in-charge and remain available for the roll call. Do not stand near the main gate, obstruct emergency access, or leave the premises without informing your host..

[Audio] Slide 13 — Tiong Nam Service Yard Evacuation Route For visitors attending the Tiong Nam Service Yard, this plan shows the emergency evacuation arrangement for that location. Please identify the main gate and the designated assembly point before beginning your activities. The drawing also identifies key rooms and facilities, including the CCTV room, wire-lock storage room, pantry, toilets, prayer room, and rest area. If an emergency occurs, stop work, follow the safest available route towards the main gate, and proceed to the designated assembly point. Remain with your AMOS representative and do not re-enter the service yard until the all-clear has been formally given..

[Audio] Slide 14 — Incident Reporting All hazards, unsafe conditions, accidents, injuries, property damage, environmental incidents, and near misses must be reported immediately. A near miss is an event that did not cause injury or damage but had the potential to do so. For example, this may include a falling object that narrowly misses someone, a slippery surface, damaged equipment, an exposed cable, or an unsafe vehicle movement. Do not assume that someone else has already reported the issue. Notify your AMOS host immediately so that the area can be controlled and the appropriate corrective action can be taken. Prompt reporting helps prevent a minor concern from becoming a serious incident..
