GOOD WORK DONE 1E3TM Staff recently developed on line pinion removing practice from loco during axle lock position in which they are using 02 oil injector pump with supporting attachment equipment. Till date about 10 cases has been attended on line successfully and during GM/NCR visit its process had been shown to him and they had awarded to our staff for this achievement. 2During TOH work of TM, Its inductance value checking process has been improved in which inductance value checking is being measured at 04 position i.e. 0, 90, 180 & 270 degree by rotating the rotor and after using this practice we have detected 06 cases of rotor bar crack in 2024-2025. While these TM inductance value were normally showing. 3Each & every TM RC value checking work has been started by using Dial Gauge and we have detected total 08 cases in 2024-25 in which 04 cases less RC and 04 cases excess RC during TOH work of TM. 4Temperature sensor & Speed sensor O/H room has been modified with PVC panel & profile sheet covering for better environment working condition..
