Filling of Travel: • The user will be provided with a username and password The user will encode the data: date, time (duration of transaction includin estimated travel time), target estination, purEx»se of travel, and expected output and click "Save" to generate a locator slip control number During: (On-site) •The user will take photos using geotag applications or certificate of attendance (if applicable) as proof of the travel. The user will click "Save" The user will log-in to the online tracking system The Supervisors will receive a notification on the system regarding the new locator slip created(In-Progress mode) • -The lcx:ator slip will have the approval or go signal for the requested Ixator slip After: •The user will attach a geotag photo or certificate of attendance (if applicable) as proof of the travel (must be complied not later than 1 working day after the travel) The system will notify the Supervisor's account The user will click "Create New" to make a new locator slip *Everyone in the system can see the details on the lcrator slip made* The user will fill out the "Accomplishment Report" section (Just a brief description of the accomplished task or output of the travel) The supervisor will need to click "Approve" to complete the process.
