Bad Poster Section. • Students cramp too much details onto the poster/slide, not remembering that they are just tools to help them verbalize • Students copied information from many resources but did not organize them in a coherent way • The language used is informal • Lack of in-depth understanding of the technical problem studied.

Do's • Articulate the problem statement clearly • Explain the methodology and analysis carried out • Technical Knowledge: If the student is able to understand the background of the problem studied, describe the proposed solution, and justify the soundness of the proposed solution. • Structure and organization: If the student includes all necessary components (such as background study, problem statement, proposed solution and project plan) and logically connected them • Language: If the student is able to use formal academic language for writing • Succinct explanation of design solutions • Articulation of a prototyping mindset through information on poster/presentation • Ability to communicate information to the layman.
