[Audio] Slide Two: ALKARAM Digitalization Journey In 2019, Alkaram embarked on a transformative digital journey, initiating the implementation of a comprehensive digital data processing and management system for all our company's activities and processes. In the first phase, we selected a Tier 1 ERP solution, Oracle EBS, as the central platform for data activities and storage across the organization. Initially, we focused on the following modules: Oracle Financials Oracle Supply Chain Oracle Order Management Oracle Inventory Later on, we add in house developed modules (custom modules) integrated with Oracle EBS During that we also integrate all already available out of shelf software's which were using for industrial automation Loom Data System – Weaving looms online monitoring system Ring monitoring system – Spinning ring production monitoring system SCADA -- Processing water, air pressures etc. usage monitoring system Currently we add Microsoft Power BI for top management report for high end data visibility and decision making..

[Audio] Big Tickets 2023-24 SMART Factory – complete process digitalization "Smart factory is a manufacturing facility where intelligent , efficient and responsive operations are ensured through data driven applications and systems." It is an integration of various technologies and solutions which can communicate and respond in real time to meet the change in demand and to ensure overall efficiency to " the serve the customer better". Master Data – Cleansing & Re-Structuring Product Development Module – Covering Bill of Materials and Process Routing Centralized Material Resource and production planning module Work in process – digitalization with wastages automation Material movements through barcodes and RFID's End to End quality modules digitalization Transparency and Traceability - the final goal of ALAKRAM is to implement a digital system which is completely transparent at any stage and traceable with every stage of finish goods manufacturing processes.

[Audio] Correct master data is the key part of any system based transactions, currently we are doing item cleansing and item re-structuring all existing master data items. And try to control them with LOV based data sets..

[Audio] Work in process or manufacturing module is a key element of any ERP system, we are working on it since years and now in this current fiscal yearn will digitalize all WIP's , we are working on it with our inside IT team integration with Oracle electronic business system.

[Audio] Everybody knows that the in / out transactions of inventory is very hectic and time taking job with lot of chances of Human side errors, in this year we are going to replace all manual inventory data entries will be shifted through bar code or RFID entries..

[Audio] We have developed inhouse quality modules for certain areas and all remaining are in progress, for cut to pack we develop a mobile app for quality inspection and connect it with a dashboard to watch the live quality results..

[Audio] We are working on Power BI for management dash board reports, some of dash boards are completed and Live for use and some are still in progress.
