Rational. Young adults are the future pillars of the world. In Assam, young adults suffer from various problems while searching for a job and getting engaged in a job. The increased population and the demand for jobs causing unemployment and trouble for young people who are trying to find a job. The whole process of looking for a job is a great exercise in self-awareness. If we can identify the job seeking behaviour such as what are the qualities, facilities they want from the job and the efforts they can contribute to their job will help to lessen the burden which causes unemployment. Moreover, if we ignore this problem then it will become the reason for the doom of the country. Understanding job search behavior is crucial for several reasons. By understanding job search behavior, job seekers can better target their job postings and recruitment strategies. They can identify the platforms, channels, and methods that are beneficial to use. If we understand the job search behavior of job seekers we can help them to find a job by understanding their attitude, problems, how they search for a job ,what’s method they use, their intensity and effort for searching a job etc. If we can identify their trouble we can help them by providing guidance, suggestion or some support to find a job..
