Select content types are now merged into single entities managed directly from the Content page — no more tab-switching between Content and Widgets.

Edit content, configure visibility rules, and bulk publish or archive — all without leaving one page.

Collection Visibility rules are now configurable within the content page, eliminating separate widget dependencies.

Publishing content now automatically includes its visibility rules in a single action.

These content types are now unified entities managed from the Content page.

Remain in the Widgets section and are managed as they were previously.

Content and Visibility rules have been moved to a unified "Content" section in Whatfix Studio to match the Dashboard.

The reasoning behind the update — and what you need to do next.

Users previously had to jump between the Content and Widgets pages, leading to click-heavy tasks and inconsistent organization.

By unifying the structure, Whatfix minimizes the chance of orphaned content or mismatched visibility rules that could cause errors.

Publishing content now automatically includes its visibility rules in a single action, ensuring the end-user experience is always synchronized.

The Unified Content Experience is currently in Beta. Contact support@whatfix.com to enable it for your organization.

After migration, manually review content where the content status (e.g., Production) differs from its visibility rule status (e.g., Draft).

Each content item can now retain only one visibility rule set. Items with multiple associated widgets will require manual selection.
