Some verbs that form with “O” in past , also have “N” in past participle : Break- Broke - Broken , Choose-Chose-Chosen , Speak-Spoke-Spoken

Some verbs have very similar forms in past: Come:Came , Become:Became , Run: Ran

Some verbs have the same for in present: bet, burst, cast, cost, cut, fit,* hit, hurt, let, put, quit, set, shut, split, spread

Some verbs that have “ i ” in present, have “ ou ” in past: Find-found, Grind-ground, Bind-bound
