Nearby, you can find the city of Kasese and the town of Rubirizi. Known for its diverse wildlife and beautiful landscapes, this national park also holds historical and cultural significance. Originally established in 1952 as Kazinga National Park, it was later renamed in 1954 to honor Queen Elizabeth II's visit to Uganda.
