Prepare a leave register detailing the types of leave taken by employees (e.g., CL, EL, LOP, SL). Verify delay deductions by cross-checking with punching reports and accurately mark delayed hours in the attendance statement. Update the salary book to reflect any changes in employee status, salary adjustments, and resignations. Start salary processing on the 26th of every month, copying the previous month's data and making necessary adjustments for the current month. Remove previous month's overtime, LOP, arrears, incentives, delay deduction days, and other deductions. Adjust the total number of days in the month and make changes according to salary book specifications. Verify and add off days, overtime days, and LOP days as applicable, ensuring adherence to leave/off rules. Calculate and add deductions and incentives. Generate salary slips for disbursement on the 1st day of every month..
