Nexperia Service Desk. Nexperia Servicedesk is located in ATSN, Seremban, Malaysia. Our core objective is to improve First contact resolution, Speed of escalation, and End-user experience. The Servicedesk operates in 24*7 operations supporting Nexperia users worldwide. We are focused to provide first-level support focusing Client- services related incidents & service request demand. We support users via telephone, chat, email, and Service Portal. The team is divided into 2 major skillsets for language support: English/Malay & Mandarin/Cantonese..

The list of numbers available in here Chat All Nexperia users can interact with Servicedesk using the name Nexperia Service Desk via Microsoft Teams Email All Nexperia users can email to servicedesk@nexperia.com for IT-related incidents. Service Portal All Nexperia users can report an incident/submit the request via the Service Portal site.
