After the M-D-S-C and O-Q-M-C we are converging A-W-B-C
What Changes you will see ?
After the A-W-B-C go live you will see the Call Centre order in the O-Q-M-C instead of O-Q-M
In the O-Q-M you will see only W-O-S and M-W-O-S Orders
This mean you will heavily depend on O-Q-M-C What is new? There will be no more Smiles/TDH Dummy button
You will be seeing Tender ID on the right side of the O-Q-M-C page
You must recall the cash orders and select the Tender ID based on the O-Q-M-C information What will happen if you will not select the right Tender ID? You will have a sales variance b/w O-Q-M and Smiles
It will create a reconciliation issue b/w P-O-S and Smiles McDonald's. 

Scene 2

After the MDSC and OQMC we are converging AWBC

After the AWBC go live, you will see the Call Centre order in the OQMC instead of OQM In the OQM you will see only WOS [Web ordering]  and MWOS [Mobile web ordering] Orders This mean you will heavily depend on OQMC

What is new?
 There will be no more Smiles/TDH Dummy button You will be seeing Tender ID on the right side of the OQMC page You must recall the cash orders and select the Tender ID based on the  OQMC information

What will happen if you will not select the right Tender ID?
 You will have a sales variance between OQM and Smiles It will create a reconciliation  issue between POS and Smiles

[Audio] McDonald's GMAL Call Center Smiles and T-D-H orders will directly appear on the O-Q-M-C page
