[Audio] You will now see your allocated project listed here. Click on the Daily Diary link to proceed with filling out your daily report..

 Click on Daily Diary

[Audio] To fill in your Timesheet, click on the "Add Timesheets" button. Do not fill in other workers' timesheets here, as the software automatically adds their hours when they sign in or sign out. This restriction is in place due to BPC's policy, so please follow these guidelines to avoid any confusion..

Here Supervisors will have to fill in their  Timesheet by clicking on Add Timesheets

Note: Please note that you do not need to fill in other  Worker’s time sheet here as the software is designed to add workers’ timesheets when they sign in/ sign out. BPC has restricted workers from filling in their time sheets. Hence this software will take your hours the same as other  Worker’s hours. To avoid this chaos, see next slide….

[Audio] Fill in your own Times and Activities, making sure to enter only your personal information. Do not click on the "Add Workers" button. Your entries will be used to track your daily work activities and ensure accurate reporting..

Simply fill in only your Times and   Activities

Note: Please avoid clicking on add workers

If you see a list of workers next to your name, just  click on each name & delete it at first. You will  need to add them later.

[Audio] Once you have entered all your activities and breaks, click Next. This takes you to the next step in filling out your daily diary..

Once you mentioned your activities  & break. Click NEXT

Once you press NEXT, you will see above window.

[Audio] Once selecting workers one by one, we can add their timings and activities. Then, once we've added all the workers, we'll simply go back and add our assets..

Here you can select  workers one by one and add their timings/activities.

After adding all the workers, just go one step back to add Assets.
