[Audio] "Beginning at a hotel's front desk, I eventually took flight, spreading my wings and spending over a decade soaring the skies with an airline. Traveling around the globe, some months even stationing in other countries, I was rarely home for long. Ah, how I miss my Nasi Lemak during those days! However, when the pandemic grounded my wings, I transitioned to banking. But during this journey, a new purpose unfolded: to empower others. Now, I spread my wings in a different way, embarking on my next flight as a trainer and career coach. Oh, and somewhere in there, I also wore the hat of a sales manager during the pandemic. Little did I know how time flies—almost 19 years in customer service now! Along the way, my commitment to mental health remained strong, conducting essential research on it during the pandemic as part of my finals at UTM. I believe addressing mental health is integral to delivering exceptional customer service and effective aviation training. As we enter this new digital era, I’m also equipped with digital marketing skills verified by meta & google Partners. I graduated with an Executive Diploma in Engineering Business from U-T-M and an Advanced Diploma in Sales Management. Along with my focus on soft skills and Train the Trainer certification, I also hold 4 (A-I ) trainer certifications for education and have earned multiple certifications in (A-I ), soft skills, and digital marketing. Over the past year, I’ve had the privilege of guiding over 1000 clients in Malaysia and overseas, focusing on career development and helping them achieve their professional goals. I’m here to craft impactful training sessions centered on communication, leadership, problem solving, and teamwork. Besides being a traveler and explorer, I consider myself a storyteller, uncovering methods for life and career improvement.
