[Audio] Projects for 2022 are to be billed as special assessments Projects are the following: Replacement of ATS ACB Seismic Accelerograph Lobby Aircon Exterior Waterproofing & Repainting.

[Audio] 1. Replacement of ATS ACB and Electrical Preventive maintenance Project Cost: 1,000,000 by Exquis Electrical Services and Supplies Co. Status: Completed.

[Audio] 2. Installation of 4 Units of Brand New Aircon at the Lobby Area Project Cost: 850,000 by Fel Aire-Engineering Status: Completed.

[Audio] 2. A seismic accelerograph is a strong motion instrument that continually measures, records and monitors motions of the ground or tremors, whether it be natural or artificial. It can be integrated into an alarm system to alert people in a building when an earthquake occurs and prevent secondary disaster by shutting down power systems ( lights, elevator, etc). Data gathered after an earthquake is vital to Structural Engineers to determine if structures are able to withstand future earthquakes or are in need of retrofitting. Project Cost: 4,000,000 by Clix Logic, Inc..
