[Audio] Before we dive into AI specifics, we must first ensure that the slides are prepared in a way that will allow the Avatar to accurately go through them. After selecting the appropriate Ericsson Nikola Tesla template, you must decide whether you want the Avatar to read through the Notes, or the Slides itself, or both. It is highly recommended to let the Avatar refer only to the Notes, so that you can keep the text in each slide to a minimum, focusing more on images and graphs than text. This way, you will get to choose how much time you want to spend on each slide. As you can see, the slide here has limited text, that the Avatar did not read. However, the Avatar has spent a significant amount of time going over all of the notes that it was given. Before continuing, ensure that your presentation is saved in a pptx format.

[Audio] Now that we have prepared the slides and defined our desired Avatar behavior, let us import our presentation into the appropriate AI tool. The slide above shows various tools that can be used. Feel free to pause this video to examine and test each tool. This presentation was done by the tool "automate.video" with the selection "Use PowerPoint Notes section content to synthesize voice".

[Audio] The final step is to check whether the Avatar has presented the slides in the tone, speed and breadth desired. Keep in mind that many AI tools allow you to record your own voice, and that many Avatars that speak in an engaging way are not free ….

[Audio] Want to ensure your audience understood your presentation? Ask them to complete a AI generated quiz! The free online tool thea.study generates questions based on the information you give it. Simply go to „https://www.thea.study/" then go to „Create a Study Kit", upload your document and the tool will generate a Quiz. Then simply click „Share" … to share with your intended audience. Thea Study tool also generates flash cards and timed tests, if needed. Give it a go!.
