[Audio] First, Face mask is COMPULSARY for COVID-19 positive patients and inside health facility. Meanwhile it is highly recommended for pregnant lady and team members with critical illness. Second, hand sanitizers are provided at high touch points areas to aid your personal hygiene, so please use it frequently. Thirdly, shall any of you were to be COVID-19 positive, you should inform your supervisor together with photo of positive test kit result to be reported to our in-house clinic. The total number of days for quarantine will be 5 days..

[Audio] This will be about footwear cardinal rules. Only full covered shoes or safety shoes are allowed. Meanwhile, flip flops, slipper, sandal or open toe shoes are not allowed to be worn in our plant..

[Audio] Now we will talk about Environmental Aspect & Impact. Environment, similar approach like Safety. We also assess risk. But the different is just that Safety assess risk to human, Environment is assessing risk to environmental element. When a company operates, naturals resources acts as input, and this includes what listed here. Chemical, metal, plastic and even energy and water. This aspect is assessed as natural resources, and the impact will be natural resources depletion. Another example is air emission. Air emission may cause air pollution, so in our plant, we have air pollution control system that is managed by certified competent person. Same goes to wastewater discharge coming from our production. All these wastewater will go to our industrial effluent treatment system that will treat the water and release water that meet standard requirement. This system also is managed by certified competent person including our waste management system..

[Audio] Sustainability goal is a target that is being decided using data analysis breakdown, analysis and consultation session with Global Sustainability team. There are 4 main buckets with acronym 2E and 2W which unfold as Energy & Emission as well as Water & Waste. Currently our sites are empowered by 100% Renewable Energy. Yes, we don’t have solar panel, but we are paying solar powered electricity tariff to the government. Micron is very serious with these target and even have rain water harvesting tank to collect water during raining events and use it for gardening and site cleaning. The water from air conditioner as well is being collected, condensate and reuse to our plant cooling tower. Meanwhile for waste, 88% of total waste generated are being recycle to compost, sent to vendor to recover precious metals like gold and copper or sent to Scheduled Waste to Energy plant to be burn to generate electric energy. We forecasted that from our on going projects, we will be able to achieve 95% by end of next year and the remaining 5% possible projects will highly be dependent on our team members awareness to segregate the food packaging waste and wet food waste to not be mixed with used tissues, beverage cans or bottles..
