APPROACH FOLLOWED(IDENTIFICATION). Issue Identified – Difficult to Explain customers about their eye health after SlitLamp Bio Microscope Examination How was the issue identified – Contact Lens fitting and complication related to CL could not be feed live to customers Slit Lamp Used to Examine many abnormality and disease which could be better communicated to customers what we are seeing through Slitlamp They will think how I will insert the lens in my eye and how it will perform , so we have taken some old cx videos which we can show them and after inserting the lens we can take photos or Video of there eyes and we can explain them like how is the lens in there eyes..

APPROACH FOLLOWED (Ideation). Details of any tools used for generating ideas- We will use smart phone and while doing the Sltilamp test if we found any abnormality so we click the Pic or make a Video to Explain to the CX.
