When I try to report my time in a split week, I receive an error that says ‘Invalid Entry because of Prior Period Access Restriction’, and I am unable to report my time. This error message is received when an employee did not report any time for the days in the previous pay period within a split week, and the employee is now locked out from reported time for those days. They are prevented from entering time in week mode for the entire week because they are also trying to report time for what is now considered a prior pay period. The employee should report time in day mode for the days in the current pay period and then contact their Agency Time and Labor Administrator to work with DOHR to get the time from the previous pay period reported on their timesheet..
Leave/Overtime Requests I submitted a leave request for the wrong day and/or the wrong number of hours. Can the request be deleted? Requests cannot be deleted once they have been submitted. The employee should submit a corrected request and indicate in the comments section that this is the correct request and for the supervisor to disregard the previous one. The supervisor has the ability to deny the previous request if it has not already been approved. I have submitted multiple Leave/Overtime requests, but I do not see all of them on the screen and I am worried they aren’t going through.
