In October 1993, Jordan Chandler was interviewed by a psychiatrist name Dr. Richard Gardner, who specialized in false allegations. He was often called as a defense witness in criminal cases. If anyone could tell a genuine victim from a false victim, it was him..
[Audio] Dr. Gardner is also the author of a book called "true and false accusations of child sex abuse", published in 1993. Jordan Chandler's attorney Larry Feldman sent Jordan to New York to be interviewed by Dr. Gardner, who had testified in over 400 cases regarding child custody and sexual abuse. Dr. Gardner asked Jordan a series of questions about his relationship with Michael Jackson, traveling with him, visiting Neverland, and the alleged sexual abuse that he had suffered. Here's the full transcript of Jordan's interview: https://themichaeljacksonallegationsblog.wordpress.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/12/jchandler-gardner-interview.pdf Detractors of Michael Jackson insist that Dr. Gardner believed Jordan and that his interview proves MJ's guilt. But the obvious question is, where's Dr. Gardner's conclusion?.
[Audio] Did he really believe Jordan? and if so, where's the report confirming this? & why wasn't it used by the Chandlers to bolster their case? Or better yet, why did Dr. Gardner suddenly disappear from the Chandler case and was never heard from again? Could it be that this psychiatrist, who specialized in false allegations, didn't believe Jordan & that his report was NOT in favor of the Chandlers? Dr. Gardner's book is very interesting. There's a chapter where he makes a list of all the red flags of determining a false victim. Here's a few of those red flags. Let's compare them to statements from Jordan's interview. "Children who have been genuinely abused are often quite hesitant to reveal the abuse. It is unlikely they will ever discuss the abuse spontaneously. In contrast, those who are falsely accusing are likely to unashamedly & unhesitatingly describe their sexual experiences."— Gardner Jordan 'unashamedly and unhesitatingly' describes his allege abuse. He is never hesitant and just talks as if he is speaking of an everyday event. He is matter-of-fact, neutral, & devoid of emotion. "children whose accusations are false are far less likely to provide specific details because they do not have an internal image to refer to. Accordingly, when asked to provide these details they may say, "I forgot, "I don't remember," or "Ask my mother" —Dr. Gardner If you read Jordan's interview, you will notice that the majority of his answers were "I don't know", "I don't remember" or "ask my mom". He says these phrases a total of 45 times. Keep in mind that Jordan was recalling events that occurred just 5-8 months prior. "If the child has been traumatized, then one would expect sadness, grief, fear, guilt, and other appropriate emotional reactions to be exhibited at the time the child relates the experiences."—Dr Gardner There is no "sadness, grief, fear, guilt, and other appropriate emotional reactions" expressed in Jordan's interview. "Children who have been genuinely abused may often withdraw from involvement with others. In school they are described by their teachers as being removed from others and as having little interest in learning, and even socializing with their classmates"—Dr. Gardner Jordan is not withdrawn. He is involved with his peers and talks about a girl he likes. He talks about getting top marks at school with pride. "Children who have been genuinely sexually abused are often depressed, especially if they have been abused frequently over time. Those who are falsely accusing are not generally depressed, although they may profess being upset over their alleged sexual experiences" Jordan shows no sign of depression. There is no listlessness, he claims he is doing well at school, is interested in girls, and does not indicate any fears or other negative effects. "Children who provide false accusations may refer to the abuse in general terms and even utilize adult terminology, such as "I was sexually molested" or "I was sexually abused."—Dr. Gardner.
[Audio] Jordan does NOT provide details and just goes for generalities, fitting the 'vague and general statements' that Gardener says is the hallmark of the fabricator. He also uses adult language, such as "graduate to a new sexual act," to describe the molestation Jordan also uses adult language which is very similar to the language used by his father during a phone call to David Schwartz. This is clear indication of coaching. "The fabricating child generally feels no guilt over the sexual activities allegedly engaged in. They do not feel bad about themselves over what they have allegedly done; they feel angry over what they claim was done to them."-Dr. Garner Jordan makes it clear he has no guilt. "I didn't see anything wrong with it". At one point he says maybe he could have been more forceful in saying no, but otherwise it is all MJ's fault, and what was 'wrong' was not the sexual act itself but the fact that MJ was older. "The child who is fabricating sexual abuse generally does not describe fear of the alleged perpetrator & is usually free from tension in the perpetrator's presence. The child who has been genuinely abused will be quite fearful of the perpetrator." Jordan has no fear of MJ at all. He states that the only thing he fears is cross examination. "One does well to ask the child about any statements or conversations that took place in the course of the molestation. Again, one wants to assess the credibility of the conversation, especially if it is consistent with the activities being described."-Dr. Gardner "A child who has genuinely been abused is likely to provide comments along these lines: "He said I was his favorite child, and that he loved me more than the others," "He said he loves me so much that he wants me to feel very good" "In contrast, children who are fabricating, having had no such conversations, are more likely to say that, "He said nothing" or "I forget."—Dr. Gardner There are no comments that Jordan revealed about Michael was supposed to have said during the molestation. If we believe Jordan's account, neither of them spoke! Or at least no conversation was revealed in the interview—they did their mutual masturbations and 'that was it.' "Children who have been genuinely abused often have a sexual vocabulary beyond that of other children their age."—Dr. Gardner.
[Audio] Jordan, on the contrary, does not even seem to know what a wet dream is—he calls it a 'wet something.' He acts like he has virtually no sexµal knowledge, certainly less knowledge than we would expect from a boy of 13 almost 14. "The perpetrator will intimidate the child with threats such as murdering loved ones, if the abuse is revealed, & bribes to keep secrets. Children who are fabricating abuse have not been exposed to such threats or bribes & are generally not sophisticated enough to describe them." There are no threats or bribes. Jordan says Michael told him to keep things in a secret box, and he also says Michael said he could go to 'juvenile hall' if he revealed the abuse. And the list goes on..Dr. Gardner also states in his book that the #1 motive for false allegations are custody battles. Jordan's parents were in the middle of a bitter custody battle at the time. There's a reason why Dr. Gardner was asking Jordan the type of questions he was asking him. It was because he was trying to determine if the boy was a false accuser. After reading the red flags from Dr. Gardner's book and comparing it with Jordan's interview, it's safe to say that Dr. Gardner did NOT believe Jordan, or was at least skeptical of his claims. This would explain why Dr. Gardner suddenly disappeared from the Chandler case & why Larry Feldman took Jordan to another psychiatrist name Stanley Kratz Why would Feldman need a second opinion from another psychiatrist considering the fact that Dr. Gardner was one of the best in the business? A positive report from him would have sealed the deal. The more you investigate the 1993 case, the more u see how much of a scam it was. Jordan constantly runs & refuses to help other accusers & it's because he knows it was all lies & he doesn't want to be associated with the lies. Like he told the FBI: "I've already done my part". @threadreaderapp unroll.
