The main offie of the University registrar is located at first floor of the administration builing of Main campus situated at Bulanao, Tabuk City of this Province. An annex office was also functioning at Rizal Campus and sooner then, a registrar will open and be of service at Dagupan Campus. The office of the University Registrar serves as an academic support department of the University and is also known as the show window of the institution being the keeper of records and documents. Among the records and documents that is kept for our safekeeping are the admission requirements that are submitted pertinent to application or admission to Kalinga State University. All students who occured an entry to the University has his/her own folder to where we keep there credentials neatly, safely and organized in designated shelves and cabinets..
