[Audio] Anaya loved words. Some words were very special. They could make people happy. One day, a shiny word came in front of her. The word was "Sorry.".

[Audio] Anaya was running fast and—thud!—she bumped into her friend Rohan. He was carrying many books. The books fell down, all over the floor!.

[Audio] "Oh, I'm sorry, Rohan," said Anaya quickly. She helped him pick up the books. Rohan smiled. The word "Sorry" made everything better..

[Audio] Soon, another shiny word came. It was "Thank you.".

[Audio] Later, Rohan held the classroom door open for Anaya. "Thank you, Rohan," she said with a big smile..

[Audio] Rohan smiled back. The word "Thank you" made their friendship stronger..

[Audio] Then, one more shiny word appeared. It was "Excuse me.".

[Audio] Anaya wanted to ask her teacher, Ms. Kavya, a question. But she was busy writing on the board..
