to obtain the optimum total concentration mix of kelulut honey and olive oil (1:1) in the ointment

carried out in two stages First stage  used concentrations of 15%, 20%, 25% and 30%.  the second stage used concentrations of 20%, 25% and 30% with the addition of 0.4%TEA The ointment is determined by the pH value and viscosity

pH 15% = 3,2±0,12 20% = 3,6±0,10 25% = 2,6±0,47 30% = 3,1±0,35 Viskosity (mPa.S) 15% =86,133±3,066 20% =64,133±60,25 25% =54,867±3,009 30% =34,000±953.94

pH 20% = 5,0±0,1 25% = 4,3±0,1 30% = 3,6±0,2 Viskosity (mPa.S) 20% = 67,838±9,088 25% = 47,219±3,743 30% = 39,814±955

The optimum total concentration mix of madu kelulut and olive oil (1:1) is 20% with the addition of 0.4% triethanolamine
