[Audio] Script for Sample Management: Hello, Welcome to the Training Module on Sample Management. In this video, we will learn : What are the key things that we have to keep in mind before we create a manual sample? What is the sequence of process that should be followed while creating a manual sample? Now, First, we will learn what are various building blocks in the process of creating a manual sample. These contain: Product Analysis Parameter Sample Type Sample Template and Finally the Sample Plan. We have a tab for each of these building blocks. And here we have to note a point that these components/tabs are dealt with from right to left i.e., starting from the products and ending with the sample plan) as Products, Analysis Parameters and Sample Types are the building blocks of Sample Templates, and as Sample Plans are then made by use of Sample Templates. Tab: Products The Products tab is used to see the configured products. Products are all materials which can be assigned for a Sample Template, so this can be both Raw material, Intermediate materials, and Finished goods. If a Product should no longer be used, it can be blocked. Blocking means, that it will no longer show when creating Sample Templates. The view can be filtered to show only released or blocked products. The list with products will be made in the database based on product list received from Elkem Ferroveld before project start. It is not possible to maintain the product list within the user interface. If new products must be added later this must be done by an engineer directly in the database..
