How do I get Service now queue access ?. Let’s see how to raise access request through Ask Red BOT – Browse this URL https://honeywell.service-now.com/itdirect Click on Ask Red at bottom right corner Enter text - Need access to service now queue Click on “Add or Remove ServiceNow Group Membership” You will land into access request form ClicIn the request form fill in below details Action – Add user to group Is this request for read only or reporting access? – No Group – Select the service now group of your domain. E.g ISC OTC App Support (TCS) Please Enter the Members to be added or removed – Enter your EID/HID and select Business Justification - I am from TCS App Support team; please grant access to my account Hit Order Now RITM request will be created & sent to Queue manager for his approval Once it is approved by manager you will get the access. Usually approval is done in 1 to 2 days You can track the status of the request in My request page.

Support Engineer needs to access to Service Now Browse this URL https://honeywell.service-now.com/ Click on “All” and enter “Task(Requests) You can see all the tasks Click on filter icon and give filter criteria as Assignment Group – service group name e.g ISC OTC App Support (TCS) Click on “AND’ Assigned to – your name Click on “AND” State one of the – select all except “close Complete/Incomplete” using ctrl key. Click “RUN” You can repeat above steps after selecting “Incident” as filter criteria State should be one of the – select all except “Resolved/ Closed/Cancelled” using ctrl key. Click “RUN”.
