[Audio] Data works a vital role in preparing for accreditation via providing evidences for example : JCI and Magnet.

[Audio] Performance appraisal Continuous monitoring of our indicators will allow us as managers to invest in improvement projects in our facilities and proper staff planning to improve the quality care and safety of the care we render to our patients as well as the satisfaction and maintenance of the staff in our facilities.

[Audio] Nurses needs to ensure accurate & complete documentation in electronic medical record in order to have accurate statistics & reports outcome Nurses needs to learn & practice data analysis to ensure utilization of collected data in improving the hospital process & workflows.

[Audio] Nurses need to understand that Data can tell us a vast amount about or hospital strengths and weaknesses. Nurses need to sense & practice the power in leading the hospital Managements via the shared governance using the available data book.
