[Audio] BREAKDOWN EXPRESS ONLY April'23 The graph indicate the offloading on Express containers. The trend line started at 1:55min and we started to put more focus on the sorting while offloading. We managed to bring this down to 1:35min on average. A saving of 20min on average..

This is not a good result for our CPT branch, but we have addressed the necessary parties involved and we are committed to get it back in line and drive the productivity and efficiency. This however are a true reflection in a normal environment without 6S and it clearly shows as and when a team work together and or having staff that's being disengaged..
